- As a reseller, we do not claim exclusive manufacturing but ensure quality checks before dispatch.
3. Orders
- Orders can be placed through our website or Instagram DM.
- Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled unless confirmed by us.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or suspicious activity.
4. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance via available payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners.
- Dispatch usually takes 2–4 working days, and delivery time varies by location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges
- We only accept returns/exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing proof.
- Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our end.
