  • As a reseller, we do not claim exclusive manufacturing but ensure quality checks before dispatch.

3. Orders

  • Orders can be placed through our website or Instagram DM.
  • Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled unless confirmed by us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues or suspicious activity.

4. Payments

  • All payments must be made in advance via available payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners.
  • Dispatch usually takes 2–4 working days, and delivery time varies by location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • We only accept returns/exchanges for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing proof.
  • Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our end.
