- Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.
- A 2% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway fees.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled.
🔄 Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted for damaged products received.
- To initiate a return:
- Email contact@knottica.in within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a replacement or full refund as per your choice.
⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or incorrect address provided.
