At Knottica, we value your satisfaction and trust. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 3 hours of placing the order.
• A 2% deduction will apply to cover payment gateway fees.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled.

🔄 Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted for damaged products received.
• To initiate a return:
  • Email contact@knottica.in within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order ID and clear photos of the damaged product.
• Once approved, you’ll receive a replacement or full refund as per your choice.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or incorrect address provided.

• Return shipping instructions will be provided upon approval of your request.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
